This discounted rental rate is designed to make our studio accessible to local creatives and community organizations.
This package is available for:
- Artists and creatives hosting their own classes or workshops
- Instructors hosting paid workshops or classes
- Photography or content creation
- Creative work sessions
- Churches and ministry groups
- Bible studies
- Small groups
- Nonprofit organizations
- Community organizations
- Organizational meetings
- Small community-focused gatherings

Important
This is a space-rental-only package. Nug&Carol Design does not provide event instruction, supplies, decorations, event coordination, ticket management, setup assistance, or event staffing unless those services are purchased separately.
Artists and instructors may charge admission to their own workshops or events and retain their ticket revenue.
Private celebrations such as birthday parties, baby showers, bridal showers, graduation parties, family celebrations, and similar social events do not qualify for the Creative + Community rate and must be booked using the Private Event Studio Rental package.
Nug&Carol Design reserves the right to request documentation or additional information to verify eligibility for this discounted rental rate.
